Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Account, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pro is billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. On iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Scan the poster’s QR code with your phone’s camera. On iPhone, tap Redeem & Install. Your Pro is added to your account when you create it or sign in. On Android, the code fills itself in when you create your account. You can also type it under Have an invite code? at sign-up, or later in Profile → Settings → Pro Plans → Have a code? (on iPhone: Have an offer code?). Free Pro from a code ends by itself when the offer period is over, with nothing to cancel. If Pro doesn’t appear, tap Restore Purchases in Pro Plans, or email us.
Tap the menu on any post or profile to report it, or open a profile to block that user. We review reports and remove content or accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a link to choose a new one. The link lasts an hour and can be used once. Resetting also clears the temporary lock that appears after several failed sign-in attempts, so you can sign in straight away.
You can also sign in with Google or Apple, or set up a passkey (Face ID / Touch ID) from Profile → Settings → Account Security. If you’re still stuck, email us.
